A former Marine, Art’s career has been driven by a vision to empower individuals and families to attain financial stability and peace of mind. Beyond his professional life, Art is deeply committed to community service. He has been an active member of his church, where he has taught a Sunday School class for decades. His dedication to giving back is further demonstrated by his leadership in a prison ministry, which he has conducted weekly for the past 25 years. In addition to his financial services and community work, Art is a published author. This past August, he released his book titled “Gangs, Guns and God,” reflecting his dedication to sharing his experiences and faith with a broader audience.

A proud resident of Niceville, Florida for nearly 40 years, Art cherishes the time spent with his family and friends. His wife, Vicky, has been his steadfast partner for nearly four decades, and together they have raised three children and now enjoy the blessings of four grandchildren.

Cynthia Brooks Lee’s journey to Wilson Insurance & Financial marked a significant turning point in her career. As a former Advertising Sales Executive for several local media outlets, Cynthia discovered her true calling upon joining forces with Art. Together, they formed a dynamic partnership defined by integrity, commitment, and honesty.

Growing up as the child of an Air Force Veteran, Cynthia had the unique opportunity to travel the world. These experiences ingrained in her the importance of community connections, a principle she brings to her practice daily. Cynthia excels in building relationships and crafting personalized financial plans, a testament to her dedication and expertise.

A resident of Fort Walton Beach for over 20 years, Cynthia enjoys an enriching personal life filled with diverse interests. Her passion for reading, music, traveling, outdoor adventures and the arts contribute to her well-rounded personality. Additionally, Cynthia treasures spending quality time with her husband and two grown sons.

Elizabeth brings a fresh perspective and enthusiastic energy to our team, combining a strong academic foundation with years of real-world management experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Marketing from the University of West Florida, and her background in both leadership and client-focused roles makes her a natural fit for the financial services space. Her eye for detail, passion for helping others, and commitment to excellence ensure that clients feel confident and cared for at every step.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth is a lifelong Florida native who enjoys spending time outdoors, cozy evenings in surrounded by her beloved dogs, and weekends filled with sunshine, good books, and spontaneous adventures. A former ballet dancer with a semi-professional company, she believes in the power of discipline, dedication, and grace—in and out of the workplace.
